Youth Fitness Programme

Here’s a photo of our 17s and 19s teams being informed of their new fitness programme with our new fitness coach Allan Fleming this week.

This new programme will create a personalised body composition analysis for each player as well as a bit of dietary education to further help them develop. This help us to tailor a personal strength programme for each player based on their individual needs.

This analysis will happen on a monthly basis and Allan will be delivering fitness sessions every week with the 17s and 19s too.  Great to have you on board Allan.
