Reece is a player who excites me. He’s a young lad looking to progress his career. He’s a player who keeps the ball well, passes the ball well and again he’s a midfielder, a space in the team where we need competition cause it’s healthy and it keeps the players on their toes as their is someone looking over their shoulder. We’re not bringing in players to replace the others, we need fresh legs and added quality to help us through the cup games aswell as the last remaining league games of the season.
